On February 17, 2026, the 3rd edition of the Nursery Challenges Conference, co-organized by Ceres International, was held at the Górecznik Inn & Hotel. The event brought together nursery growers and industry experts, focusing on key aspects of production quality and economic efficiency.
The conference program was divided into three thematic blocks. The first two were devoted to methods of producing top-quality nursery stock on a seasonal basis – spring, summer and autumn. The third block focused on process optimization, cost rationalization and the challenges facing the industry in the coming years.
The conference was led by Tomasz Michalik (Vitroflora), Slawomir Bryk (Farmer), Michal Stuchlik (Ceres) and Piotr Chmielowiec (ICL). The meeting was an opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss practical solutions and establish new industry contacts.
