Our company is known for producing the best rooting substrate, which has been appreciated by many customers for years. Plant growers are placing higher and higher expectations on this type of substrate, so to meet their expectations we have created a new Premium Rooting Substrate! Its formula is based on highly purified and buffered coconut fiber, supplemented with the highest quality sifted high peat, brick peat with a fraction of 5-10. The composition of the substrate has also been enriched with the addition of fine agroperlite and mineral fertilizers. This substrate was created for the most demanding customers, for whom the quality of the substrate is of key importance and who expect from it the best parameters. Our substrate provides the best air and water conditions, which has a direct impact on the rapid development of a healthy and strong root system of young plants.
ROOTING SUBSTRATE
Rooting substrate is the flagship product of our company, known and appreciated in the market for many years. It enjoys great popularity. Which doesn’t surprise us, since the substrate provides great results in rooting different types of cuttings. The rooting substrate was created on the basis of highly purified coconut fiber, seeded high peat of 0-7 mm fraction, perlite in a properly selected amount with the addition of mineral fertilizers. Rooting substrate is a product of the highest quality, which provides optimal air and water conditions, significantly affects the formation and development of the root system of the plant. By using a rooting substrate, your cuttings will have a chance to root faster than in other peat substrates.

SUBSTRATE FOR SOWING
At Ceres, we know about seeding substrates because we have been producing them for almost 25 years! These are our flagship products.
We create them based on the highest quality coconut fiber, which we process and prepare in our proprietary purification process. The coconut fiber used for seeding substrates is specially treated and buffered to provide the best conditions for seeds to germinate and young seedlings to continue growing. In addition to coconut fiber, we use the highest quality seeded brick peat with a fine fraction of 0-7 mm and fine agroperlite for the seeding substrate. In addition to this, washed sand is added to the sowing and quilting substrate to ensure better contact between the substrate and the sown seeds, which is very important, especially in the first stage when the seeds are germinating and when they are exposed to drying out. The substrate also includes a starter dose of fertilizer. This is a lower dose in the substrate intended for sowing flower seeds and a slightly higher dose of starter fertilizer for the substrate intended for sowing vegetables (pH 5.5-6.5).
Types:
SWA – seeding and quilting substrate recommended for plants sensitive to salinity (most species of flowers, lettuce).
SWB – seeding and quilting substrate recommended for species with higher nutritional requirements, i.e.: cauliflower, tomato, peppers.
