The Demtec Evo2 potter is a very easy-to-use machine made on a frame structure. It can be controlled by a touch screen. Thanks to its inflatable wheels, it is very mobile. The carousel has 16 pot holders, and the maximum pot drilling diameter is 22cm. The pot from the feeder falls into the holder on the carousel, then gets under the backfill where it is filled with substrate. From there it goes under the section that drills holes for seedlings. As an option, it can be equipped with an automatic dispenser of pelleted fertilizer, which delivers a set dose of fertilizer to each pot.
After the hole is drilled, the pot is transferred to the receiving conveyor belt by means of a scraper arm. A great convenience for nurseries is the use of a special ground flap that dumps the ground onto a rotating central disk.
