The design of this machine is similar to that of the PTF filler. Here, too, a substrate storage tank with a capacity of about 500 liters connected to an automatic substrate elevator was used. The substrate elevator takes the substrate from the hopper and transports it to the troweling unit. The construction of the elevator is based on a chain system with attached blades made of high-quality steel. The speed of the elevator as well as the conveyor belt transporting the multiplates can be continuously adjusted. Thanks to this design, the machine works very efficiently and effectively and all multiplates are filled in the same way. After the substrate is transported above the mashing unit, it is poured into the multiplatform being carried below. Filling is done using a 4-arm rotor with rubber elements that perfectly mash the substrate in the multiplate. The use of rubber finishes on the blades ensures safety and minimizes the risk of damage to the multiplat. Adjusting the degree of compaction involves adjusting the height of the rotor above the multiplier passing under it. The lower the rotor is lowered, the more it compacts the ground. The adjustment is extremely simple and fast and ensures a perfect degree of filling and compaction of the substrate in each multiplier cell. The entire system, thanks to its high throughput, can easily work with multiplats with many small targets as well as those with large capacity. In each case, the filling is always of the highest quality. Once filled, the multiplat leaves the machine and passes under a rotating brush that cleans it of excess peat. The brush is adjustable in height so you can easily adjust it to the height of the multiplier and achieve the best results. Importantly, excess peat goes into a special chute and can be reused to fill subsequent multiplats. This filler can be plugged into a production line and equipped with both infeed and outfeed units.
