TURI Ljestan important alternative to chemical methods to reduce biotic stresses that limit plant productivity. When used in organic farming, it protects populations of Bacillus bacteria, which are considered the farmer’s most important ally. They have a role in maintaining a healthy environment for plant growth. Some bacterial species, belonging to the genus Bacillus, have proven effective in reducing the presence of butterfly larvae, including minnows like the Skink (Tuta absoluta). TURI L can be applied foliarly, preferably with adjuvants. It is important to use only in necessity and preferably in the cooler time of day.
Application:
TURI-L should not be combined with chemical preparations. The treatment should be carried out in the evening, dissolving the product in a slightly acidic solution. If necessary, repeat the treatment every 5-7 days.
Dosage:
- Horticultural crops (potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, tobacco, lettuces, brassicas and cucurbits in the field or under cover 1 l/ha
- Orchards, vineyards, blueberries 1-2 l/ha regularly every 7-10 days
- Grass, corn, faba bean, sunflower 0.75-1.0 l/ha
- Ornamental in pots or in the ground: 200 ml/100 l
