The Martin Stolze 3030 potting machine is very easy to operate. Thanks to the use of a pneumatic pot feeder, the machine precisely separates the pots and feeds them onto the carousel. This model uses a chain carousel, with the help of which the pots are transported, as it were, around the ?perimeter of the machine, making it possible to plant plants directly on the machine. For greater working comfort, it is possible to equip the machine with special pedestals, on which multiplates with seedlings can be placed. The machine is, of course, equipped with a drilling unit that automatically prepares the holes for the seedlings. Once the plants are planted, the pots are transported toward a linear arm, which scrapes them onto a connected conveyor belt. The machine is equipped with a touch screen, which can be used to easily and quickly control the machine and change its parameters. The screen displays current information, such as the number of filled pots, the speed of operation and any errors. In the event of a malfunction, the machine stops automatically, and the screen displays the section where the malfunction occurred and the steps to be taken to correct it. This allows you to quickly fix any malfunctions yourself and get back to work. For your convenience, the machines are also equipped with variable-speed motors, allowing you to precisely control the ground feed and work speed. Depending on the customer’s preference, different substrate tanks can be installed in the machine. A range of accessories is available for the potter, including holders for almost all pot sizes and drills with the appropriate drilling plates. If you have other requirements, the manufacturer can also make them. The machine can be combined with an automatic transplanter, which will plant the plants already on the carousel.
