A live micro-organism crop aid approved for use on organic crops in the EU.
KLOZER is used in horticultural soils and substrates. It is a powerful ally in cover crops, as well as in field crops. KLOZER promotes the growth of beneficial fungal microflora belonging to the genera Beauveria and Metarhizium, as well as others that feed on proteins in the body of insects. These fungi, forming tissue links with the crop plant, supply it directly with nutrients obtained from insects. They attack a wide range of species, which is a huge advantage in biological control of pest insects. Entomopathogenic fungi are well adapted to temperate climates, and in suitable host insects are able to carry out a natural reproductive cycle. The spores are carried by air movements and settle in the soil. Contact between the insect and the fungus spores is necessary for the effective action of the above fungi. Once an insect is infected, the fungus grows rapidly, leading to its death within a few days. The fungi contained in KLOZER attack, among other things. Heartworms, swellings, thrips, aphids, whiteflies, spider mites, wireworms.
Application:
Before use, dilute in water and mix with CARBOGEN L (1 part KLOZER + one part CARBOGEN L + 10 parts water) and then leave for several hours for activation of microorganisms contained in the preparation. This activation will allow the microorganisms to realize their full potential. It will also allow them to start working immediately in the soil or on the plant and ensure longer activity.
Apply by watering or spraying. Before use, mix with the correct amount of water for the application method.
After application by spraying, give enough water to flush the product into the soil.
KLOZER should not be combined with chemical preparations. It can be used at the same time with other mycorrhizal preparations, but in this situation the activation itself should be carried out in separate containers.
Dosage:
- crops under cover : 100-300ml /1000m² , preferably together with CARBOGEN L
- Field crops 1-3 l/1ha – at least 2x a season, preferably together with CARBOGEN L
- growing medium 50-100 ml/m³

Required soil conditions for the growth of microorganisms contained in the formulation:
- min temperature 5oC
- optimum temperature 20oC– 30oC
